Responsibilities


Responsible to provide correct and timely reporting and/or
analysis of financial data in order to facilitate the management's
decision making process, provide weekly sales report & analysis,
conduct Monthly closing and reporting including all business key
performance indicator, support Factory Controller in AOP, forecasting,
Sales Plan and business case, calculate the yearly as well as ad-hoc
sales/transfer prices per product based on the ABC/M cost prices,
calculate the cost prices (FSP) using ABC/M program and create ABC/M
report and analysis. Maintain and update the ABC/M model as well as
the data in the model when required, communicate with all relevant
departments to collect the cost & activity drivers as well as
material.

Requirements


Fresh graduates with Finance or Economy Management bachelor degree
are welcome to apply. Those with 1 to 2 years of management accounting
manufacturing working experience will also be considered favorably.
The successful candidates will possess good personality and honesty,

Responsibilities

 

·        Handle full set of accounts

·        Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial reports for all units in Indonesia

·        Assist in the area of accounting and finance including forecasting

·        Work closely with frontline managers for day-to-day operations

·        Supervise, train and develop key competencies of accounting personnel in Indonesia

·       Liaise and build positive working relationship with internal and external parties (i.e. bankers, auditors, tax agents, suppliers, etc)

·       Promptly prepare and file monthly/annual tax returns (including VAT) required by the local tax authority

·       Assist in the area of Human Resource and Administrative support

·        Maintain proper records on personnel, administrative, secretarial and taxation matters

·       To assist in the implementation and monitoring of the internal control procedures

·        To maintain and safeguard the office petty cash and update the petty cash report on a timely basis

·        Prepare operational budgets

·        Plan operational cash flows

 

 Requirements

 

·        Degree in Accountancy, ACCA level 3

·        5 years of accounting experience (of which 3 years should be in supervisory capacity) in MNC preferred

·        Sound knowledge of local accounting and taxation laws and IFRS

·        Tax knowledge is a must

·       Strong leadership coupled with hands-on attitude is essential as incumbent will have to provide leadership and coaching to the team

·        Good Attitude

·        Honest & willing to work hard

·        Self motivated

·        Good time management, interpersonal and people management skills

·        Excellent communication and language skills in English (written and spoken)

·        Able to speak Chinese preferred

·        Able to start work immediately or in short notice
