Requiremets:

Sales target oriented
*
Motivated to earn significant remuneration packages (between
10-16 million/month)
*
Willing to work long hours to achieve targets
*
S1/D3 graduated, with work experience in selling
*
Professional in appearance, not more than 27 years of age
*
Good command of English
*
Basic computer knowledge

HRD MANAGER Post Date: 03 Jul 09

This position will be located in one of our strategic Divisions, the
incumbent will be responsible to manage daily activities such as :
recruitment, placement, employee relation, staffing, performance
management review and update of job descriptions, review and update
the HR system and procedure related with the rotating staff
mobilization as well as to review and analyze its current salary
structure and job grading in order to ensuring these are competition
within industry standards

Due to the nature of the job, the candidate should possess :
- A degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or any
relevant social sciences.
- A minimum 5 years experience as HRD Manager with a reputable
Multinational Company.
- A high level of capability in both written and spoken English is
essential, have good interpersonal skills, computer literate and
capable of financial budgetary and analysis management, as well as
other standard business skills required.
