SUMMARY OF POSITION

Controls, impulses and coordinates global management of assigned

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.
Customized annual plan (current-year and strategic goals) for
each account to anticipate action customers could ask for.
2.
Plans periodic visits to the purchasing offices of assigned
customers. Prepare the lines of argument, negotiate with purchasing
officers to reach an agreements on prices, promotions, shelving and
special actions.
3.
Gather information from different sources regarding customers,
competitors, promotions, and pricing. Analyze sales evolution,
prepares reports and maintain sales direction on POS Representatives
and customers informed on relevant market and business issues.
4.
Controls effective development of account plans, monitor orders
from customers and keeps track of budget and objectives. Supervise
invoices along with A/R department and incidences with customer
service department.
5.
Control logistic, delivery from warehouse to trade and provide
logistic forecast.

·        Handle full set of accounts

·        Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial reports for all units in Indonesia
