General Manager For Local Market Post Date: 03 Jul 09

To develop and execute a strategic marketing & business plan to
grow profitable volume of assigned categories at the account
*
To create network / marketing chain with prospective buyers
(Department Stores, etc) and present company as a potential vendor.
*
To create relationships with existing buyers and develop a
clear, complete understanding of the potential business issues and
needs.

Requirements :

*
Female age maximum 40 years old with minimum 5 years experience
in related area (retail business in women's underwear / garment
industry )
*
Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree, majoring in Business &
Commerce, Textile Industry is a plus
*
Proficient in English (oral & spoken) is a must, Mandarin
proficiency is a great advantage and excellent in computer skill
*
Strong in marketing strategy and implementation in line with
garment stock control monitoring.
*
Experience in lingerie / women's underwear is preferable.
*
Experience in fabrics and garments developments and good
knowledge in material and quality issues.
*
Understanding the company business challenges and able to
develop a company solution to address the needs.
*
Able to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends & pricing.
*
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
*
Hard worker, fast learner, independent as well as a team player,
tough negotiator.
*
Good leadership in business development activities, sourcing &
cost reduction strategy, problem solving, analytical & management
skill
