REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM) East Indonesia     Post Date: 06 Mar 09

Qualifications:

    * University Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration
    *  At least 5 years experience in handling sales of fast moving consumer goods product as Regional Sales Manager or 7 years experience as a Sales Manager in Multi-National Companies.
    * Having a Conceptual Skill and Technical Skill.
    * Shall have good drive in Sales Team.
    * Good levels of drive and influencing skill and communication. 
    * Effective of leading and motivating a team and relationship management.
    * Self-starter and able to work independently. 

General Requirements:

    *
      FMCG (food) product background is a MUST.
    *
      Excellent knowledge and skill in Sales Management.
    *
      A proficiency or aptitude with personal computer on basic application such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word is essential.
    *
      Strong analytical & problem solving, business partnering, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    *
      Proficient in written & oral English
    *
      Able to communicate with enthusiasm and impact and solid presentation skills.
    *
      Will be placed in Surabaya.
