We are group of agribusiness company are looking for Human Resources &
General Affairs (HR & GA) Executive for Head Office in Jakarta.

This position will assisting Head of HR&GA in managing day-to-day of
HR & GA activities at Head Office as well as at operation unit in
Lampung and Probolinggo, and be an agent of change in term of
organization and people development.

HR&GA Executive Post Date: 14 May 09

The candidates should meet our requirements below:

Mature, 30 years old or above.
*
Minimum 5 years experience at supervisory level.
*
Graduated from a recognized university in Management, Law, or Psychology.
*
Should posses experience in Payroll, Performance Management,
Industrial Relation, and General Affairs.
*
Having experience in developing and implementing Standard
Operating Procedures of HR&GA, Kaizen, 5S, and other improvement
program.
*
Good leadership, interpersonal skill and decision making.
*
Good English communication.
*
Able to operate computer and MS Office applications.
