Key responsibilities:

Prepare summary of distributor claims
*
Prepare necessary document for claim processing
*
Filing and documentation of distributor claims
*
Assist Supply Chain in import clearance process incl. administration work

Working relationship:

*
Sales Department especially Key Account Managers and Area Sales
Managers for customer claims
*
Finance Department – reconciliation of payment process
*
Forwarder; custom clearance administrative works

Requirements:

*
Our ideal candidate is incumbent that holds Bachelor/Diploma in
Accounting or Finance from reputable University.
*
Minimum 1 year of experience as sales admin with importation
background (ideally from forwarder / shipping companies that handles
importation)
*
Possess high ownership and can-do attitude that able to work
independently, confident and results-oriented.
*
Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.
*
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications especially Ms. Excel.
