We are now recruiting for a Sales Manager for Indonesia.  This is a new position to be based in Jakarta and reporting to the Country Manager in Hongkong.

 

You will have responsibility for leading Sales activities to achieve business targets and continue to develop towards a best in class sales team.  You will manage the direct sales team in Indonesia and also the relationship Linx Regional Management to exceed unit and revenue budgets for our range of coding and marking products.

 

You will have managed positive change within a sales team, be degree qualified, professionally trained in sales and comfortable working with KPI's, budgeting processes and forecasting. You should have experience of successfully managing a sales team within a business to business environment and will clearly understand the concept of Territory Management.

 

You will be professional and enthusiastic, will have the ability to lead and inspire your team and will have excellent communication skills.
