Job Descriptions :

*
Responsible for all Human resources activities: personnel
policies, personal Admin, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Training
and development, motivate and retain effective human resources.
*
Manages the company compensation and benefits administration to
ensure conformity with regulations and corporate policies.
*
Keep abreast of labor laws and industrial relations.
*
Plan and organize welfare activities within the community.
*
Handle employee grievances; facilitate community development activities.

Qualifications :

*
Male/Female, max. 40 years old
*
Bachelor degree in Psychology and Law or similar related in
Human Resources
*
Experience min 5 year in HR & Legal Manager
*
Have good personality, good leadership, honest, hard worker,
fast learning and problem solving skills
*
Have knowledge in admin HRD such as: recruitment, personnel
administration, organization development, compensation & benefit,
performance management system, industrial relation and legal
*
People & relationship management skills
*
Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
*
Able to work under pressure
