Requrements:

* Female ( max 28 years old ), single is preferable.
* Background in Computer Technology / IT / SI / KA / Business Adm
/ Marketing Communication / Secretary with min GPA 2,75 of 4
* Have minimal 2 years experiences in the same field.
* Good communication in English is both oral and written.
* Smart and Fast Learner.
* Hardworking person, Honest, Loyal, full of initiative and Creative.
* Able to work under pressure.
* Nice Looking and energetic.

Job Description:

1. Making and preparing daily and monthly Sales report as forecast,
database of customer, etc.
2. Presales administration activity as making quotation, tender,
purchase order, etc.
3. Event organizer of gathering, training, seminar or routine
meeting as booking hotel, making invitation, pre entertainment, etc.
4. Arrange itinerary as business trip, hotel, transportation, visa, etc.
5. Marketing activity as minute of meeting, presentation, broadcast
promo, posting advertisement, update information, client satisfaction,
etc.
6. Internal Administration like filling, claim process, follow up
packing, update demo unit etc.
7. Business letters reply/send email in English, other correspondent, etc.
8. Others administration.
